About Droplet

ABOUT US

Our Mission

Design and build the most reliable, simple, ergonomic teardrop camper with the weekend warrior in mind. We strive to be mindful of our environment daily and within our community and thus commit to dedicate 10% of our profits to building and maintaining Free campsites for DROPLET owners and renters. Our dream is to rally Coast to Coast in North America by 2025, relying solely on free campgrounds.

Our Reason for Being

Our roots and energy are in nature. We want to help you feel free and experience this fantastic feeling of waking up in the middle of nature. Inspired by Patagonia, we don’t want to grow our business at any cost. Our products are designed to last, using plenty of renewable materials. We cater to most vehicle sizes, so long as a hitch is in the back. DROPLET only weighs 950 lbs!

Community

How many of us own equipment only used 2 or 3 times a year? We are fostering a community of Droplet teardrop trailer renters so any owner can share their travel trailer, make an extra income, and limit the impact of our overall manufacturing.

Contribution

We want to make camping accessible and more affordable. Following the footsteps of some landowners in New Zealand, we are committed to dedicating 10% of our benefits to buying land in Canada and the USA. We will transform these properties into free campgrounds for self-contained campers.
